DeLiceful franchise: cost, fees & unit track record
DeLiceful has not disclosed a franchise fee or an investment range in the filings our data covers (as of 2026-05). We publish "Not disclosed" instead of an estimate — a missing number is information too. Anything the filings do not state is marked "Not disclosed" below — never estimated.

What about earnings?
We don't publish per-brand earnings figures — for DeLiceful or anyone else. The only primary source is Item 19 of the brand's own franchise disclosure document (FDD), and no law requires a franchisor to publish one, so the "average owner income" numbers circulating elsewhere are usually unsourced or survivorship-biased. Ask DeLiceful for its current FDD and read Item 19 yourself — and if there is no Item 19, that silence is information too.
What this data can't tell you
Everything on this page comes from disclosure filings — fees, ranges, and unit counts. Four questions that matter just as much are not in any filing we can source, so we say so instead of guessing:
- The hours and the labor
- No dataset field says whether DeLiceful is a manage-from-a-laptop business or a 60-hour week in disguise. Item 15 of the FDD states whether you're obligated to run the business personally, and Item 11 lists what the franchisor actually does for you — then ask current owners what their week looks like (validation calls), not the sales team.
- How hands-on the ownership really is
- "Semi-absentee" is a pitch, not a filing field. Treat any hands-off claim as unverified until it's consistent with Item 15 and with what multiple current franchisees tell you — what absentee ownership actually means.
- Your territory — whether it's protected, and whether it's open
- Two territory questions sit outside our data. Whether DeLiceful grants a protected or exclusive area is set in Item 12 of the FDD and varies brand to brand — some grant none, and the carve-outs (online sales, national accounts) matter as much as the map. And filing data can't say what's open in your market this month; only DeLiceful can confirm current availability. Ask both before you inquire, and get the answer in writing.
- What owners earn
- Covered honestly above: our dataset has no earnings fields, the only primary source is the brand's own Item 19, and here is how to read that evidence.

From the franchisor's materials
In this Disclosure Document we grant to persons who meet our qualifications, and who are willing to undertake the investment and effort, franchises for the right to own and operate a DeLiceful Franchised Business at a single location that we approve using the Marks, Copyrights and the System. Our current form of Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit "D". The franchise offered is for a business specializing in the treatment of head lice using natural, chemical-free and non-toxic products ("Products"). The Franchised Business may be operated from an technicians one office, if permitted by applicable law, or may be operated from a retail location. DeLiceful will work with children and their families to resolve the head lice problem, with verbal and written instructions for the family to follow at home. DeLiceful provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee that all head lice will be removed, but the client must participate in required "recheck" appointments and at-home treatments for the entire family and any home workers or care providers. A DeLiceful Salon offers head lice treatment services only, and does not offer hair cutting, coloring or styling services. If you choose to operate your DeLiceful Salon using a home office, you must have at least 200 square feet of space dedicated to the Franchised Business and which has been converted to comply with our specifications. If you choose to operate your DeLiceful Salon from a retail location, you will need approximately 250 to 600 square feet of retail space in a mid-level strip shopping center with modest rent requirements. You must operate the Franchised Business in accordance with our standards, methods, procedures and specifications, which we refer to as our "System" and which is more particularly described in our Franchise Agreement and our Confidential Operations Manual. Your business will primarily be generated through preset appointments and not walk-in clients. Multi-Unit Development Agreement If you meet our net worth, operational experience and other requirements for multi-unit developers, you may enter into a Multi-Unit Development Agreement ("Multi-Unit Development Agreement") for the development of multiple DeLiceful Salons in a designated geographical area, known as a "Development Territory." Under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, attached as Exhibit E to this Disclosure Document, you must develop an agreed upon number of Franchised Businesses in the Development Territory within a specified time period. Under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, all DeLiceful Salons developed must be operated at retail locations. You must sign the Franchise Agreement for your first Franchised Business at the same time you sign the Multi-Unit Development Agreement For each Franchised Business developed after the first one you must sign our then-current form of Franchise Agreement, except that continuing fees payable to us shall be the same as your first Franchise Agreement
